IMPORTANT:You must enter a 12-digit Customer Number.
If your Customer Number is less than 12 digits, you must precede it with zeros (0) in order for the system to recognize your account. For example, if your Customer Number is 433433433 (9 digits), submit it as 000433433433 (12 digits).

To activate your ASO Online subscription, you need your Customer Number. Your customer number appears on every issue above your name and address on your print subscription mailing label. The customer number also appears on the acknowledgment letter you received when you signed up or renewed your subscription.
