SSO Members: Please add "SSO" to the beginning of your Society of Surgical Oncology Member ID Number, ex: SSO1234.
Omitting the "SSO" prefix may conflict with a pre-existing subscription. If the information on your subscription/activation screen is incorrect, or you receive a screen stating that the subscription has already been activated, you most likely did not add the "SSO" to your SSO Member ID Number. Please stop and attempt to re-activate using your SSO Member ID Number prefixed by "SSO".
Non-Members: You must enter a 12-digit Customer Number.
If your Customer Number is less than 12 digits, you must precede it with zeros(0) in order for the system to recognize your account. For example, if your Customer Number is 433433433 (9 digits), submit it as 000433433433 (12 digits).
The member number or customer number also appears on the acknowledgement letter you received when you signed up or renewed your subscription. If you do not have either of these items on hand or if you are having problems, please contact:
